Funeral services for Alton Raymond Fuller, 86, of Guthrie will be held at 10:30, March 22, 2006 at the Church of Christ in Guthrie with Rob McElroy, Gene Owen, and Karl King officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
Fuller was born December 6, 1919 in Buffalo Springs, Texas to Daisy and Jack Fuller. He died Saturday, March 18, 2006 at home in Guthrie.
Raymond had lived in Guthrie for the past 24 years, moving here from Oklahoma City. He married Opal Scott on December 10, 1941 in Duncan. He worked as a brick mason for most of his life.
Raymond was preceded in death by Opal, his wife of sixty-one years and by a sister.
Survivors include one son, Terry and wife Linda of Guthrie, two daughters, Jacquelin McDonald and husband Steve of Broken Arrow and Susan Harlow and husband Jim of Edmond, four brothers and five sisters, 10 grandchildren; Julee, Tim, Karen, Robert, Troy, Matt, Melissa, Norm, Jeff, and Stacey; 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
