David Robert Forrest, 76, of Brookings, OR, died December 19, 2003, of natural causes.

He was born July 25, 1927, to Harold Bingham and Mabel Veronica (Forrest) Karup in Oklahoma City, OK.

David was an actor and performed in 47 plays on and off Broadway and eventually retired from the J. Paul Getty Museum in Malibu, CA. He married Ann Forrest in Santa Barbara, on March 25, 1984.

He moved to Ashland, Oregon in 1989, and to Brookings in 1990.

He is survived by his wife Ann of Brookings, OR; sons and daughters-in-law, David "Drew" and Deanna Forrest and children of West Covina, CA; Howard Walter and Rachel Spinrad and children of Palmdale, CA.

Private memorial services will be held in West Covina.
