Memorial services for Mildred Leota Case, age 72 of Tuttle, were held 2:00 pm Sunday April 3, 2005 at the First Assembly of God Church in Tuttle.
Mildred Leota Case was born October 12, 1932 near Oney, Oklahoma. She died Friday April 1, 2005 in Oklahoma City.
Mrs. Case graduated from Oney High School in 1950. She had lived in Tuttle most of her life. She married Wayne Klein, they had two sons. She later married Bernie Monroe (Bud) Case with whom she had three children. He preceded her in death in 1971.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son: Michael Wayne Klein; two brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include two sons: Kenneth Klein of Houston, Texas, and David Case of Houston, Texas; two daughters: Pam Rich of Arapaho, Oklahoma, and Sandra Thomas of Jones, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Arrangements were under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.
