Phillip Edward Bailey

Phillip Edward Bailey
November 18, 1943 ~ April 18, 2024

Phillip Edward Bailey was born to Edd and Ruth Bailey in their home north of Paden, OK on November 18th, 1943. Phil married Annette McCready on June 6th, 1964. In their almost 60 years together they created a strong and loving family. Their oldest son, Robert, married Lisa Lubojacky and together they had Abby (soon to marry Austin Hamilton), Heath and Coleman. Oldest daughter, Keri, married Shawn Powell, and they had daughter, Bailey (married to Ronny Stevens). Youngest daughter, Kellie, married David Wilson and welcomed his two children, Ali (married to Sean Gannon), and Britton. They now have two grandchildren. Youngest son, Travis, married Nachole Ellis, and they had their sons Carter, and Parker. Phil also had a large and loving extended family, that includes many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends and neighbors.

Phil passed away peacefully in his home, just a few miles from where he was born, on Thursday April 18, 2024, at the age of 80. His wish was to be cremated and his ashes scattered in his cherished pecan bottom. To honor his wishes, there will not be a viewing or funeral. In lieu of flowers, please share your prayers and memories of Phil on the Tribute Wall.
