Lillie Marie (Blanke) Smalley / age 98

Lillie Marie Blanke was born on October 14, 1914 in Alluwe, Oklahoma to Herman and Jennie (Taylor) Blanke.

She married Robert Wayne Smalley on June 21, 1934 in Alluwe, Oklahoma. She worked as a cook at the Ideal Cafe in Nowata, as well as working on the family farm. She always had a wonderful garden and was known for her cooking, as well as her fresh baked pies and cakes.

She was a member of the Church of Christ in Nowata.

Lillie died Saturday, February 23rd at her home in Nowata.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert on January 31, 1994, her parents, an infant son, two brothers Leroy and Bill Blanke, three sisters Bessie Morgan, Emma McCallie and Maxine Noblin.

She is survived by:
Son,
Donald and wife Charlotte A. Smalley of Nowata, Oklahoma.

Two Grandsons,
David and wife Whitney Smalley
Michael and wife Charlotte R. Smalley

Three Great Grandchildren, Robyn, Chasin and Bridget Smalley.

Brother, Christy Blanke of Chelsea, Oklahoma.

Several Nieces & Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
