Sonya Rhea Tyner, 47, from Del City, Oklahoma, peacefully made her journey to heaven on April 4, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.
 

Sonya grew up playing softball with the PC Panthers, loved to watch her kids wrestle and she was the best at roller skating in her heyday. She loved her Oklahoma Sooners, music, especially Ice Cube, fancy nails, and family time. Shed loved watcher her Dead Files and she was an avid reader. Her most favorite thing to do of all was watch her kids dance.
 

She will be greatly missed by all of her survivors including her sons, William Luke Tyner and Santana Moncayo; daughter Sofia Moncayo; and her brother Teddy Tyner. As well as a host of close family members and friends.
 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Geraldine Kent Harris and Luke Harris Sr.; mother Nina Smith, Luke Harris, Jr., and Bobby Harris. Lastly, Connie Harris, her favorite auntie.
 

Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 6, 2023, 11 a.m. at the Otoe-Missouria Cultural Center with Pastor David Little officiating. Burial will follow at Otoe-Missouria Tribal Cemetery.
