AnnaBelle Pratt, resident of Red Rock, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Ponca City Medical Center. She was 71 years of age.

AnnaBelle was born August 28, 1940 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Henry John Marlow and Stella Lucille Burgess Marlow Whitecloud. She received her education in the Pawnee Indian School and in 1982 earned a Culinary Arts Degree and Associate Business Degree from Okmulgee Tech while making the Deans Honor Roll. She was a former Food Service Manager and Chef at the OtoeMissouria Hall and also had cooked at many of the tribal cultural events.

She was a member of the OtoeMissouria Tribe and the Otoe Baptist Church. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who always thought of others first. She also enjoyed playing bingo and playing video games.

She is survived by the love of her life for 54 years, Otto Pratt five children, Henrietta Allen of Red Rock, Terry Neal Pratt of Ponca City, John Thomas Pratt of Red Rock, Mark Damon Pratt of Ponca City, and Stella Ralene Gibson, of Junction City, Kansas two sisters, Alma Warrior and Mary Louise Whitecloud, both of Red Rock two brothers, Leroy Marlow and Freeman Dean Marlow, both of Oklahoma City numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents one son, Otto Ricky Pratt Jr. on September 24, 2009 three brothers, Lelus Anthony Plumbley, Henry William Marlow and Aldon Lee Marlow two infant brothers, Delray Marlow and Dennis Whitecloud.

Prayer services will be held each evening at 7 p.m. at the OtoeMissouria Cultural Center. A noon meal will be served on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at the Cultural Center with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Pastor Jimmy Kenner of the Otoe Baptist Church will preside over the service assisted by member of the Native American Church.

Burial will follow in the OtoeMissouria Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
