Lavenda Sue (Wentz) Robbins

Services for Sue Robbins, 76 of Perry Oklahoma, will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.., at the Calvary Baptist Church, in Perry, Oklahoma with Brother Roger Dunn officiating. Burial will follow at Morrison Cemetery, in Morrison, Oklahoma under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church.

Sue Wentz Robbins was born on October 6, 1936, in Byrdstown, Tennessee to Tom and Geraldine (Huddleston) Wentz and passed away November 14, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma .
She is now resting in Heaven. On November 6, 1983, she married Wayne Robbins.

Sue had previously lived in Laverne and Woodward , but lived in Perry most of her life. She graduated from Perry High School and retired from Ditch Witch in 1998. She was a member of the VFW, loved to bake, gardening, spending time on the computer but more than anything else loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Wayne of the home in Perry, children Randy (Brenda) Vollmer of Perry, Vicki Simon of Sand Springs, Rodney (Courtney) Vollmer of Perry and step daughter Kathy Downs of Guthrie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Brandon and Ryon Vollmer, Trey Simon, Luke and Kaitlynn Vollmer, Dane Vollmer and Cooper and Paige Downs. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Connie Wentz and Son-in-law Bernard Alan Simon, II.
