DIGHTON MARLER FUNERAL HOME
STILLWATER, PAYNE CO, OK
(PERMISSION GRANTED)

Lindsay Michelle Lee (DeVilbiss) Cervantes was born August 1, 1982 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Leon and Linda (Harrell) DeVilbiss. She grew up in the Perry/Stillwater area and graduated Trinity High School in 2000. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising from Oklahoma State University in 2006. On June 26, 2005 Lindsay married Stevan Cervantes in Stillwater, Oklahoma. To this union, God blessed them with three beautiful sons, Camden, Taten, & Nolan. Lindsay enjoyed spending time with her children and loved ones, cooking, hosting gatherings, and had an eye for fashion. She was very strong in her faith and loved attending Life Church. Anyone who knew Lindsay knew how strong and courageous she was. She had a huge heart and was full of grit and grace.

Early Monday morning, April 6, 2020 while surrounded by her loving family, Lindsay received her eternal angel wings. She now rests in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in complete and perfect health.

Lindsay is survived by her husband, Stevan Cervantes; three sons: Camden, Taten, and Nolan Cervantes; her parents: Leon DeVilbiss of Perry, OK; and Linda Harrell of Guthrie, OK; two sisters: Heather Nabors (Klingaman) of Maricopa, AZ, and Nichole Dilliner (DeVilbiss) of Oklahoma City, OK; mother in-law: Nellie Thomas of Morrison, OK; several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jonathan DeVilbiss; grandparents, Leslie DeVilbiss, Betty Jo Miller, and George & Effie Harrell.

For those that would like to pay their respects, visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Dighton-Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater from 9AM to 5PM.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, there will only be a graveside service at 1PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Morrison cemetery with pastor Cody Chaloner officiating. We ask that if you choose to attend this service you take all recommended precautions.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date to properly honor Lindsay’s wonderful life.

Condolences may be sent to the family via an online guestbook at www.dightonmarler.com
