PERRYTON - Deanne Van Hoesen, 79, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Stepp officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, Okla., with Roger Dunn officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Deanne was born Oct. 15, 1928, in Orlando, Okla. She moved from Perry, Okla., and had lived in the area since 1957.
She married Roy Van Hoesen. She worked as a salad bar cook at K-Bob's for 16 years. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church of Perryton.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Van Hoesen; two sons, Kevin Van Hoesen of Perryton and Roy Van Hoesen Jr. and wife Shirley of Perry; a daughter, Vanessa Swenhaugen of Perryton; a sister, Erna James of Perry; two brothers, Melvin Inselman of Perry and John Inselman of Lucien, Okla; five grandchildren, Jennifer Gregg and husband Ross, Mandy Snyder and husband Gary, Brady Swenhaugen and wife Mikela, Shane Swenhaugen and Shala Swenhaugen; and six great-grandchildren, Ciara Gregg, Mariah Gregg, Taleah Gregg, Hadlee Snyder, Bella Swenhaugen and Sofi Swenhaugen.
The family suggests memorials be to Leukemia Foundation, 8111 LBJ Freeway, Suite 425, Dallas, TX 75251; Ochiltree Hospice Volunteers, 3101 Garrett Drive, Perryton, TX 79070; or a favorite charity.
