Arnold Keith, 71, Perry, was stricken suddenly at his home and pronounced dead on arrival at Perry Memorial Hospital at 7:40 PM, December 8.

Funeral rites for Keith will be held in the First Baptist Church in Perry with Rev. Rick Forrester officiating.

Burial will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, conducted by Parker Funeral Home of Perry.

Keith was born July 1, 1907, in St. Joseph, Missouri. He moved to Stillwater in 1914 where he lived until moving to Perry in 1945. He was a roustabout in the oil fields.

He is survived by his wife of the home, two sons, Herman Keith, Enid; Donald Keith, Perry; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Lenora) Phelps and Mrs. Everett (Clara) Givens, Perry; three brothers, Lloyd, Perry; Millard and Willard, Stillwater; two sisters, Mrs. Lorena Pruitt and Mrs. Lena Garrett, Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren and two great – grandchildren.
