Vivian Louise Hall, 63, of Muskogee, was born May 10, 1945 in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Carl Brown and Kathryn (Armstrong) Brown and died October 16, 2008 in Muskogee.Survivors include Tom Freeman of Muskogee, OK; two children, Jennifer Whittle and Leonard Dvorak of Muskogee, OK; sister, Wanda Innes of Uma, AZ; brother, Carl Brown of Gardenia, CA, and five grandchildren.Vivian will have a Private Service. Arrangements are under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
