Agnes Marie Freeze, 84, passed away Thursday, November 27, at home in Templeton, CA. Born in Boynton, Oklahoma, she was a Director for Door of Faith Orphanage, Mexico for 23 years, and a substitute teacher for Mt. Diablo School District. Ms. Freeze has attended Bakersfield First Assembly Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Von Freeze in 1990. Survivors include daughter, Sandra (Homer) Purdy of Templeton, CA; son, Curtis (Brenda) Freeze of Copperopolis, CA; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, at Skyview Funeral Chapel, Vallejo, CA, with Rev. Homer Purdy, Jr., of Templeton Assembly of God officiating. Burial will be at Skyview Memorial Lawn, Vallejo, CA. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 13, at First Assembly of God Church, 4901 California Ave., in Bakersfield, CA.
