Coy Richard ("Dick") Cantrell, Jr., was born in Muskogee. He joined the US Navy.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Lee Ann, in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Emma Lou Cantrell, son Tom Cantrell and his wife, Laura, brother Jim Cantrell and his wife, Pauline, and many loving friends and cousins.

Services to be held on Saturday, September 4, 2004 at 10 AM at Oakwood Memorial Park
