Dorothy Fay Haley died July 21, 2014 in Lexington, Oklahoma at the age 80 years 1 month 29 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Davis, Oklahoma under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
 
Dorothy was born May 23, 1934 in Wanette, Oklahoma to John Edward and Anna Lee (Watson) McCoy. She was raised in Wanette, graduating in 1952. She loved to garden, embroidery, write poetry, paint, dance, read. She loved her family and spending time with her babies. She like watching country music shows, meeting people, and keeping up on family gossip. She was a member of the Slaughterville Baptist Church.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna McCoy; husbands, William Beatley and Curtis Haley; sons, Jeffrey Beatley, Joseph Beatley; daughter, Rebecca Collins; grandson, Bryan Walker, Billy Waterson and Shane Vaughn; great grandson, Haydn Irons; siblings, Johnnie McCoy, Ralph McCoy, Joseph McCoy, Bonnie McCoy, Ray McCoy, Arite Dutton, and Billy Landers.

Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Beatley Pierce of Lexington, Bonnie Cothren and husband, Jim of Denver City, Texas, Linda Lantz and husband, Clifford of Noble, Lisa Eakin and husband, Scotty of Lexington; sons, Johnnie Beatley and wife, Pam of Sulphur, James Beatley and wife, Jana of Lubbock, Texas; 34 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
