FELT, Okla. - Claudia Fern Smith, 87, died Monday, July 1, 2002, in Boise City.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Felt Baptist Church with Glen Garoutte
and Harold James officiating. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery in Clayton,
N.M., under the direction of Cimarron Mortuary.
Mrs. Smith married Willington Smith on Nov. 26, 1934, in Clayton, N.M. She
had lived in the Felt area since 1921.
Survivors include her sons, John Smith of Tulsa, Okla., Claude Smith of Felt;
daughters, Glenna Wells of Felt, Joy Savage of Beaver; six grandchildren, 14
great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The family requests memorials to Gideons International, Boys Ranch or
Cimarron Nursing Home.
