Thelma Martin

Thelma Martin, 67, of Amarillo died Saturday, May 18, 2002.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Bagley, pastor of Northside Temple Evangelistic Church in Preston, Okla., officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.
Mrs. Martin was born in Harris, Okla., and was educated in Clarksville. She worked for the Quackenbush family for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene; two sons, Marvin Martin of Amarillo and Billy Martin of Bakersfield, Calif.; a brother, Willie Lee Brown of Amarillo; and two sisters, Oweda Mallory of Amarillo and Archie Mae Settles of Los Angeles.
