Agnes Earlene Towler age 80 of Purcell, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Noble Health Care Center. 

She was born September 27, 1935 in Purcell, OK, the oldest of five children born to John Earl Holland and Agnes Blanche (Coker) Holland. Agnes grew up in South OKC and attended Capitol Hill High School. She later married and raised three children, Paul, Cindy, and Abbigail. In 1965 she moved with her family to a small acreage west of Purcell near Woody Chapel. There she enjoyed the advantages of living in the country, raising farm animals, growing and canning fresh garden vegetables.  After her children were raised, Agnes worked many years for Perfection Hi-Test in Purcell. After she retired she enjoyed staying home, taking care of grandchildren, reading and working crossword puzzles. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by:
Parents, John and Blanche Holland;
Brother, Don “Boy” Holland;
Three sisters, Laramie Collene Martinez, Carlene Farris and Brenda Shae;
One grandson, Luke Allen Towler.

She is survived by:
One son, Paul Towler and wife Carla of Purcell;
Two daughters, Cindy Dover and husband Gerald of Cole,
Abbigail Wilson and husband Kevin of Norman;
Seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and two on the way;
Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, March 11, 2016 at Rosedale Cemetery in Rosedale, OK. Arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell. Send online condolences @wilsonlittle.com
