Gwendolyn Sue (Rowe) Kragh, of Norman, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Norman Regional Hospital, Norman, OK, at the age of 72.

She was born on October 16, 1940 in Pampa, Texas to the late N.W. and Juanita (Long) Rowe. She grew up in Center, graduating from Vanoss High School in 1959. Gwendolyn married the love of her life Jim Kragh on August 31, 1963 in Center, Oklahoma, to this union Jeff, Amber and Crystal were born. They made their home in Chickasha for many years.

Gwen received her Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma. She began teaching Elementary Special Education at the Cement Public Schools retiring after 20 years. After retirement, they moved to Norman where they have since resided. Gwen was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, Bloom and the Home Demonstration of Grady County. Gwen was very creative, she was very talented in decorating, an outstanding seamstress, and was a professional shopper. She and Jim enjoyed traveling together on many family vacations including numerous cruises.

She loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Kragh of the home, daughters, Amber Dunlevy and husband Chris of Norman OK, Crystal Krey and husband Doug of Rush Springs, OK., daughter-in-law Jennifer Kragh of Krum, TX, brothers Billy Rowe and his wife Glenda of Stratford, OK, Ronnie Rowe and his wife Olene of Stratford, OK, Regie Rowe and his wife Katherine of Stratford, OK, grandchildren Justin Kragh, Nick and Nate Dunlevy, Mason and Raygan Krey, and host of friends.

Gwen was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Jeff Kragh, and a special aunt, Doris Pickard.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Norman. Interment will follow at Newcastle Memorial Gardens, Newcastle, Oklahoma.
