Norma Ruth Donaho was received into heaven in July 27, 2015 in Davis, OK after a battle with Alzheimer's. Gravesite services are scheduled for 10:00 AN, Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Hopping Cemetery under the care of Wadley's Funeral Service.

Norma was born on July 17, 1931 in Davis, OK to Ernest and Maud (Price) Abston. She was raised in Davis, graduating in 1949. Norma married Gene Donaho on April 21, 1979 in Ardmore. They made the Purcell area their home and recently celebrated 36 years of marriage. Norma enjoyed RVing, knitting, crocheting, hummingbirds, flowers, and spending time with her family and friends. She never met a stranger.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Maud Abston; sister, Betty McNeely; nephew, James Perkins; and grand-daughter Lacey Jay Skelton

Those left to cherish her memory are, her husband of 36 years, Gene, of the home; two sons, Ed Wilson of Dallas; and Dean Wilson and wife Jane of Greenbriar, AR; two daughters, Jennifer Wilson Carroll and husband Raymond of Davis, OK and Sheryl Stephens of Goldsby, OK.

Ten grandsons; Josh and wife Amanda, Ian and wife NaTosha, Jeremey and wife Michelle, Chris and wife Amanda, Justin and wife Bobbie, Stephen and wife Misty, Dylan, Braxton, Logan, Brad and wife Stefanie.

Four granddaughters; Deann and husband Mike, Tressie and husband Chris, Rebecca and husband Damon, and Brandy and husband Brian.

Ten great-grandsons; Eli, Noah, Cullen, Jason, Hunter, Blake, Cole, Chase, Kason, and Owen.

Thirteen great-granddaughters; Sophie, Kayla, Haley, Jamie, Kailie, Elizabeth, Cadence, Alexis, Jazzlynn, Gracie, Jaden, and Cora on the way.

One great-great grandson, Roman.

Two great-great granddaughters; Trinity and Raelyn.

Sister Pat Franklin and special friends Betty Hickman and Norma Roady and many other nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
