Thomas Bruce Hunter II transcended to his next great adventure on October 6, 2018 at the age of 48 years 11 months 24 days.

A Celebration of life service is scheduled for 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Purcell.

Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.


Bruce was born October 13, 1969 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Thomas Bruce and Elizabeth Ann (Mann) Hunter. He was raised in Purcell, graduating in 1988. Bruce continued his education at Rose State College. On July 20, 2001 he married Jenny Harris-Rogers in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bruce loved spending time with his family and friends, doing the things he loved. He was a hard worker, but loved to play. Bruce enjoyed racing, going to the lake spending time on and in the water, bowling, golfing, and riding motorcycles. He was a member of many organizations, leagues and clubs.
 

Bruce leaves behind his wife, Jenny; sons, Ryan Rogers and Braden Hunter; parents, Tom and Elizabeth Hunter; all of Purcell; sister, Margaretta Baze and husband, Richard of Oklahoma City; his faithful boxer, Bob; and numerous other relatives and friends
