Lisa Sherri Flowers age 44 of Purcell, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Purcell Hospital. She was born May 1, 1970 in Norman, OK. Her parents are Ted and Kathy Capps of Wayne. Lisa grew up in Wayne and attended Wayne schools graduating with the class of 1988. She later married Gary Flowers and together they raised two children, Dalton and Bridget. Lisa lived in the Wayne community most of her life but moved to Purcell several years ago. She worked hard at being a mother and provider. For many years she worked as a waitress and sometimes as a cook, working for various restaurants in the Purcell area. She was presently working in home remolding for “Homes by the Brave” in Norman. Throughout her life, Lisa enjoyed having pets, especially her dogs. She was a wonderful cook, she liked to crochet and spend time with her family.

She was preceded in death by: Mother, Kathy Capps on March 9, 2014;

She is survived by: Her companion, Mark Heins of Purcell; Two children, Dalton Flowers and wife Emily of Muskogee, OK, Bridget Flowers of OKC; Father, Ted Capps of Wayne; Brother, Mark Capps and fiancé Tuesday of Wayne; 3 aunts, Wilma, Dorine and Lorine Several cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell.
