Funeral service for Shawna Abraham, 56, of Enid will be, 4:00 PM, Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 11:00 AM, Monday, at Hillside Cemetery at Purcell, Oklahoma with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Shawna was born November 6, 1960, in Purcell, Oklahoma to William Harrison and Imogene (Hackney) Sawyer, and passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Enid.

Shawna graduated from Enid High School in 1979. She worked at Enid State School, Enid Public Schools, Waller, Eisenhower, and Hoover where she took care of special needs students. On February 7, 1991 she married Robert Abraham in Enid. Shawna was a member of Enid Free Will Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and worked with the youth, and volunteered at the church.

Shawna is survived by her children Derek Abraham, Nicole and Zach Moneypenny, and Sarah Abraham and Jacob Moore, all of Enid; 3 grandchildren Evangeline and Abigail Moneypenny, and Sebastian Abraham; and her brother William Sawyer, Jr, of Oklahoma City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister Carla Towler, and brother Michael Sawyer.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Bennie’s Barn.
