Leola Shackelford, 98, passed from this life into the presence of our Lord on the morning of April 27, 2018, in Oklahoma City, OK.

She was born July 27, 1919, to Croil and Estella Stinnett, at Stratford, OK, the second of 8 children. She married Hubert Forest Shackelford, on July 31, 1937, which marriage lasted 62 years until his death in December, 1999.
 

She is survived by four children, Albert Shackelford, Mahona Witter and Brenda Baird of Oklahoma City, and Linda Whitaker, of Livermore, CA.

She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.

Survivors also include one brother, Croyal Stinnett of Schoolcraft, Michigan, and one sister, Clariece Pennington of Ada, OK.
 

She is preceded in death by two of her children; daughter, Alta Marie Webb of Tustin, CA, and Hubert Shackelford of Mesa, AZ.
 

Services to celebrate her life will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Lindsey Church of Christ.
