Esther Mae Stone was born on October 24, 1912 in Clarksville Texas to William Alexander Stone and Martha Elisabeth Stone and died on January 6, 2001 in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.
She was married to Willie Joe Riggan on December 30, 1928 and he preceded her in death on February 26, 1991. Submitted by: Chester L. Stone

Services for Willie Riggan were held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 1991 at Bill Merritt Chapel with committal service at 3:30 p.m., at Byars Oklahoma.
Willie Joe Riggan was born November 7, 1907 to Samuel Emuel and Mary Mayfield Riggan and passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 1991. On December 31, 1928, he married Esther Stone. He was a member of the Second United Methodist Church, Oklahoma City, and was a retired insurance adjustor for Oklahoma Farmers Union Insurance Co.
He was preceded in death by a son, Donald Joe Riggan.
Survivors are his wife Esther of the home, daughter in-law Jan Riggan of Antlers; grandsons, Mike Riggan, St. Louis Mo., Brad Riggan of Oklahoma City; and a sister, Ethel Stark of Shawnee. Rewritten by: Jo Aguirre
