Lois N. Grider was born on October 26, 1915, in Byars, Oklahoma to Charles M. and Gertrude (Pierce) Grider and departed this life on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 95.
She and Darrell Cannon Acuff were married on December 23, 1958 and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2002. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband Darrell, her parents, one infant daughter, three sons, 2 brothers, and four sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Dorothy Demo of Meeker, Lillian Wall of Byars; sisters, Floye Boutwell of Bethany, Eula C. Wilcox of Byars; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.

Darrell Cannon Acuff was born on January 6, 1916 in Booneville Arkansas to Justin and Allie Cannon Acuff and died July 19, 2002 in Meeker, Oklahoma.
He was married to Lois Grider on December 23, 1958. To this union was born 3 daughters and 3 sons.
