Guyton Wayne Whittington, 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022.

He is the son of Paul and Alice Whittington, born on September 28th, 1939 in Wayne, Ok.

He graduated from Southeast High School. He went on to proudly serve in the U. S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Guy married Patricia Ann Daley (Pat) on August 20th, 1955, in Durant, OK. They had two daughters, Terri Lynn and Bobbie Jean. He was a part of many churches over the years, attending with his loving wife.

Guyton was successful in owning his own HVAC business. He also taught HVAC for many years at Moore Norman Technology Center. Guy had a great sense of humor and could have the entire room laughing.

Guyton is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Pat Whittington; and a daughter, Terri Whittington. He is survived by a sister, Gayle Hall; a daughter, Bobbie Cannon; 6 grandchildren; and many more great grandchildren.

He will be laid to rest next to his wife of 54 years, on December 5th, 2022 at the Blanchard Cemetery.
