Mila Mae Perez, infant daughter of Kevin Anthony Perez and Jillian Elizabeth Mainus, passed away July 15, 2013.
Mila was preceded in death by aunt, Alicia Perez; and great grandparents, Charlotte Mainus, Joe Shipley, Cathaleena and Ignacio Perez.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin Perez and Jillian Mainus of Newcastle; sister, A.J. Perez of Newcastle; grandparents, Roy and Karen Perez of Blanchard, Stacey and Richard Puckett of Mustang, John and T.J. Mainus of Newcastle, and Vic Goodnight of Newcastle; great grandparents, Golda and Gary Haines, Ramona Shipley of Blanchard, and Doyle Mainus of Newcastle; aunts and uncles, Sammie Mainus, Thomas Shipley, Doug Puckett, and David Rosas, all of Mustang, Larissa and Jerry Lorenz of Jones, Misty Yell of Nicoma Park, Ellie and Raymond Rose of Checotah, Jack Calvert of Newcastle, Bobby and Mary Calvert of Jones; cousin, Justice Ditata of Mustang; and many other cousins and extended family members.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 19, 2013 at the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
