Nathan Charles Hall, 85, of Oklahoma City, died, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Norman Veterans Center. The son of William Andrew Hall and Flora Bell (Massey) Hall, he was born April 22, 1930 in Mauldin, Arkansas.

Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during the Korean Conflict. He married Elke Gisa Poetsch on July 29, 1967, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended college at OU, Southern Cal, Stanford, UCLA, and Valley State. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He worked as an electronic engineer and retired from Howard Hughes Aircraft after many years of service. In his spare time, Charles enjoyed sailing, snow skiing, and traveling with his wife.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 47 years, Elke Gisa Hall; three brothers, Carl, Robert, and Andrew Hall; and two sisters, Ruth Margaret Durham and Nora Weber.

Charles is survived by one brother, Luther Hall of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Mary Alice Ward of Moore, and Ora Nixon of Blanchard; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard. Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
