Mitchell Douglas “Doug” Gee, 62, of Blanchard, died Thursday, May 8, 2014. The son of Grant Douglas and Clara Vee (Petrey) Gee, he was born August 6, 1951 in Selma, California. He married Rita Ann Foster on November 2, 1973 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Doug worked as a truck driver and was a member of Abundant Life Church in Moore. He loved riding his motorcycle and was very involved with the Bikers for Christ Ministry in Oklahoma City. In his spare time, Doug enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Grant Gee, and his brother, Jesse James Gee.

Doug is survived by his wife of 40 years, Rita Gee of Blanchard; his mother, Clara Gee of Reno, Nevada; one son, Grant Gee and his wife, Kristen, of Bakersfield, California; one daughter, Tawna Coose and her husband, Austin, of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren, Austin Gee, Bricen Gee, Cody Coose, Alexis Coose, Lexi Coose, and Sophia Coose; his sister, Terry Tachera and her husband, Don, of Reno, Nevada; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Abundant Life Church in Moore. Interment will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com
