Mickey Joe Bailey, 72, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

He was born on April 17, 1951, in Madill, Oklahoma to the late Leroy Bailey and Leoria McGuagh Turner. Mickey was raised in Kingston and graduated from Kingston High School in 1969. He attended Murray State College before joining the National Guard where he served for several years.  
 

Mickey married Janice Kay Rollins on December 10, 1976, in Kingston. He worked at Uniroyal/Michelin in Ardmore, Oklahoma and retired in 2008. Mickey was a member of the Methodist Church, and he enjoyed being on Lake Texoma, fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching OU Football.    
 
Mickey is survived by Wife: Janice Bailey, Kingston, Oklahoma. Children: Kimberly Reid and husband Jamon, Kingston, Oklahoma, John Cheairs, Kingston, Oklahoma. 
Grandchildren: Meredith Reid, Benjamon Reid, Wyatt Reid, Tyler Cheairs, Elizabeth Cheairs, Kaitlin McCorstin. 6 Great Grandchildren. Sisters: Wanda Wells, Durant, Oklahoma, Bonnie Karr, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Vicki Johnson and husband Frank, Kingston, Oklahoma.
 
Mickey was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Dorothy Thomas and Shirley Ann Bailey, and 1 brother; Sammy Bailey.  
 
Casket Bearers: Jamon Reid, Ben Reid, Wyatt Reid, Lance Moore, Zach Rainwater, Sam Huffman
