Deceased Name: Carole Jeannine Lewis, 71, Enid

Funeral service for Carole Jeannine Lewis, 71, Enid, formerly of Fairview, will be Thursday, December 9, 2004 at the United Methodist Church in Helena at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Brantley Tillery officiating. Burial will follow at Square Cedar Cemetery north and east of Cleo Springs with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Carole is survived by one son, John Arthur Lewis and wife, Carol of Enid; three daughters, Pamela Rae Lewis of Medford, Rita Kay Ryel and husband, James of Enid and Brenda Adell Carnes and husband, Tony of Corpus Christi, Texas; five brothers, George Bowhay and Gene Bowhay of Ponca City, Joseph Bowhay of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Carl "Bill" Bowhay of Red Oak, Texas and Royal "Dod" Bowhay of Sallisaw; two sisters, Laurene DeArmand of Coldwater, Kansas and Arvilla Rose "Blondie" Hammond of Alvin, Texas; thirteen grandchildren, Amber Dawn Dowler, Chason Lewis and wife, Stephanie, Billy Lewis and wife, Tracy, Jeff Ryel, Jamie Fortner and husband, Terry, Jhona Ronistal and husband, Brody, Chris Lewis and wife, Jamilyn, Michelle LaSavio and husband, Nick, Eric Carnes and wife, Jamie and Julia "Cookie" Brown and husband, Josh; thirteen great-grandchildren, Paige Erin Giles, Logan Alexis Giles, Chelsea Lewis, Leslie Fortner, Stetson Ronistal, Weslee Ronistal, Arin Ronistal, Allyson Lewis, Caden Lewis, Brody LaSavio, Jacob LaSavio, Ellianne Brown and Ethan Brown.

Carole is preceded in death by her husband, Billy; one son, Ronald Lee Lewis and one brother, Leslie Bowhay.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital through the funeral home.
