Stella Mae Stiles, 82, formerly of the Enid area, died Friday February 6, 1981 in a Wichita Kansas hospital. Funeral services were at 9 a.m. Monday February 9, 1981 in the Broadway Mortuary Chapel at Wichita Kansas. Burial was at 1:15 pm in the Roscoe Cemetery at Fairview Oklahoma under the direction of Broadway Mortuary of Wichita.

Mae was born in Oklahoma Indian Territory on September 17,1898 to Mr. and Mrs. John Harman. She married Harold E Stiles. He died April 28, 1968 and she moved to Wichita in 1969. She was a member of the Messiah Baptist Church there and the Starrows Home Club.

Survivors are a Son: Harold E Stiles of Guymon Oklahoma; Mrs Bill (Lois) Hix, Mrs. William (Phyllis) Neice and Mrs. Verla Woodruff all of Wichita, Mrs. Dorothy Estes of El Dorado Kansas, and Mrs. Dale (Gretta) Howerton of Hamilton Texas; and 2 sisters , Miss Juanita Harman of Wichita Kansas and Mrs. Ruby Morgan of Tampa Florida.

She was preceded in death by a son Larry D Stiles who drowned September 5,1960 (buried at Roscoe) and a daughter Hazel Arlene Stiles Kirkpatrick killed in an automobile accident October 18,1951

Funeral services for Harold Edgar Stiles, 67, of Enid Oklahoma will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Methodist Church with the Rev. Phil Fenn officiating. Burial will be in the Roscoe Cemetery near Fairview.

Stiles was born to Simon Edgar and Cyrena Hamilton Stiles in Fairview and had lived most of his life in and around the Fairview area. He was married to Stella Mae Harman. He died in an Enid hospital.

Harold is survived by his widow Mae of the home; a son Harold Jr. of Leoti Kansas; five daughters Dorothy Estes, Phyllis Neice, Lois Joplin all of Wichita, Kansas , Gretta Howerton of Hamilton Texas, and Verla Crouse of Enid Oklahoma; two brothers: Cecil of Fairview Oklahoma and John of California; one sister Mrs Bob (Maryanna) Bowman of Ulysses Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Vircho, Orville and Kenneth (all buried at Roscoe); a son Larry D Stiles who drowned September 5,1960 (buried at Roscoe) and a daughter Hazel Arlene Stiles Kirkpatrick killed in an automobile accident October 18,1951.
