Graveside services for Wiley “Tooter” Williams are 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Meno, Oklahoma. Reverend Vernon Lee will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Tooter was born September 20, 1940 in Peggs, Oklahoma to Lloyd Williams and Hester (Rice) Williams, and went to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness on Thursday, March 10, 2016 in Enid. He and his wife Gayle were married 52 years and made their home in Enid since 1965.

Tooter was an active member of West Side Baptist Church and was active there until his health prevented him from attending.

Tooter is survived by wife Gayle, two brothers, J.D. and Bill Williams, both of Pryor, Oklahoma; two sisters, Betty Harris of Salina, Oklahoma, Gloria Castleberry of Claremore, Oklahoma; special nieces Jamie Melvin and Krista Lemons, great-nephews, Brennon and Seth Melvin, Westyn Floyd, and great niece, Avery Floyd, all of Enid as well as numerous other nieces and nephews he loved dearly.

Tooter was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Festus Williams and Kenneth Williams, and brother-in-law, Jerry Castleberry.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tooter’s name to West Side Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
