Funeral services for Larry Joe Rains, 64, Ringwood, will be 10am Friday, May 9, 2014 in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Meno, under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the United States Army.

Larry was born on August 7, 1949 in Independence, Missouri, the son of John and Helen Rains, and passed away peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2014 in Enid. He was raised in Kimball, Nebraska where he met Betty Holland, and on August 10, 1977, they married in Aztec, New Mexico. They moved to Ringwood to be close to their children. Larry worked as an oilfield mechanic as well as a farm hand. Larry served in the Army National Guard. Survivors include, Larry's wife, Betty of the residence; sons, Jerry (Lisa) Sandoval of Enid, Russell (Lacey) Rains of Okeene; daughters, Vickie (Shawn) Boehs of Ringwood, Tammie (Jerry) Unruh of Ringwood, Suelynn (Leland) Webber of Ringwood; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Larry was preceded in passing by his parents, son, Dennis Rains, granddaughter, Krislyn Younce and sister, Joyce Biberose

Betty Francis Rains passed peacefully with family on Nov. 10, 2018. The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2018 at Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Meno, Ok.

Betty was born March 16, 1950 in Cushing, Ok to Carl Jr. and Etta Maxine Holland. She married Larry J. Rains on August 10, 1977. Betty worked and managed several restaurants. She later worked by taking care and sitting with individuals. She was the one that everyone called upon and was always "on the go"! She loved her family. Her children were her pride and joy. Her friendship will be missed.

Survivors include; Vickie(Shawn)Boehs, Jerry(Lisa)Sandoval, Tammie(Jerry)Unruh, Russell(Lacey)Rains, Suelynn(Leland)Webber. Priscilla Starr and Susie Brady. 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in passing by her husband, parents, sister, granddaughter and 2 nephews. Her Family want to thank all of her doctors, nurses and caretakers for taking care of her.
