Deceased Name: Velva Eleanor Jantzen, 90, Ringwood

Funeral service for Velva Eleanor Jantzen, age 90, will be Thursday, April 29, 2004 at Faith Center Fellowship in Meno at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dan Davis and Pastor Cody Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery west of Meno with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Condolences and memories can be shared with the family online at www.lanmanfuneralhomes.com.

Velva is survived by her husband Benhard of the home; one son, Freddie Jantzen and wife, Linda of Okeene; one sister, Fern Bartlett of Rocky Ford, Colo.; and one brother, John William Broomfield of Ringwood; six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sons, Sidney, Zendell, and Autry Jantzen; her parents; one sister, Erma Farnsworth; and two brothers, Eldon and Elgie Broomfield.

Memorials may be given to the Ringwood Wesleyan Building Fund or Faith Center Fellowship through the funeral home.

Deceased Name: Benhard Jantzen, 90, Ringwood

Funeral service for Benhard Jantzen, 90, will be Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Faith Center Fellowship in Meno with Pastor Dan Davis and Pastor Cody Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery west of Meno with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home, and the casket will be open after the service at the church on Wednesday. Benhard was born at Okeene to Fred Jantzen and Martha Hintergardt Jantzen on October 30, 1915 and passed from this life on November 6, 2005 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid.

Survivors include one son, Freddie and wife, Linda of Okeene; five sisters, Evelyn Koehn of Enid, Tillie Cayot of Cushing, Lucille Campbell of Ringwood, Lillian Schmidt of Sedalia, Kentucky and LaVera Eck of Las Animas, Colorado; six grandchildren, Brenda Jordan, Audrey Seal, Marty Jantzen, Tami Chance, Toni Webb and Ricky Chance; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Those who preceded Benhard in death are Velva, his wife of 66 years and 11 months; three sons, Sidney, Autry and Zendell; and one brother, Johnnie Jantzen.

Memorials may be given to the Ringwood Wesleyan Church Building Fund or Faith Center Fellowship through the funeral home.
