Orion Cemetery


The graveside service for Ronald Dwight Mollett, 54, of Enid, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009, in Orion Cemetery , Orion . Pastor Steve Meier will officiate. Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born Dec. 20, 1954, to Willadean and Virgil Mollett and died Saturday, April 18, 2009. He graduated from Los Alamos, N.M., High School in 1972 and attended Denver Institute of Technology. He married Peggy Elizabeth Taff April 20, 1974. He was a member of Taos Free Trappers and coached Little League and Lassie League. Until the time of his retirement in 2002, he worked for Qwest Services, Los Alamos.

Surviving are his wife, Peggy; two daughters, Sarah Hanford and Erin Mullet of Umatilla, Fla.; one son, Jason Mullet of Los Alamos; his mother, Willadean Mollett of Orion ; two sisters, Sharlyn Harrell of Enid and Patricia Wheat of Edmond; and two grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to American Diabetes Association or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
