Orion Cemetery


The funeral for Dedra "Dee Dee" Marie Meador Classen, 43, of Fairview, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Cedar Springs Nazarene Church. The Revs. Herb Berkley and Tommy Pitts will officiate. Burial will be in Orion Cemetery . Arr-angements are by Nichols Funeral Home and Crem-ation Services, Fairview. Family visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was born Jan. 23, 1966, to C.B. Meador and Sonja Wilson Glenn and died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009. She was raised and educated in Fairview, graduating from Fairview High School in 1984. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University for more than two years. She married Shawn Classen May 31, 1986. They lived in Weatherford before returning to Fairview.

Surviving are her husband, Shawn Alan; two sons, Tyler Ron of Fairview and Stillwater and Drew James Alan of Enid; one daughter, Codee Shea' of Fairview and Weatherford; her parents, C.B. Meador of Norman and Sonja Wilson Glenn of Blanchard; one brother, Joe Meador of Oklahoma City; one half-sister, Carole Bucher of Gallup, N.M.; and one half-brother, Sam Shipley of Lindsay.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home, P.O. Box 332, Fairview, OK 73737, to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, cancer division.
