Orion Cemetery


The funeral for Brook Diane Bohard, 20, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at Orion Baptist Church. Pastor Mat Riddle and Leroy Goodman will officiate. Burial will be in Orion Cemetery . Arrange-ments are by Redinger Funeral Home, Seiling.

She was born March 17, 1989, in Fairfax to Johnny and LaWanda Barrett Bohard and died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, at Integris Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma City. She attended school in Hominy, where she spent her childhood. She moved to Major County with her family in 2001, where they made their home west of Fairview. She attended Fairview schools and graduated from Seiling High School in 2007. She studied nursing at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She was a member of Orion Baptist Church, where she was active in the youth program.

Surviving are her parents, Johnny and LaWanda Bohard of Fairview; two brothers, Jason Bohard of Pawhuska and Justin Bohard of Meridian; four sisters, Brit-tany Paddock of Lexington, Mo., Brandi Smith of Akron, Ohio, Sara Bohard of Stillwater and Bridget Bohard of Cache; and grandmothers, Bonnie Jo Barrett of Fairfax and Gladys Evelyn Smith of Ponca City.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home, P.O. Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663, to Orion Baptist youth.
