New Hopedale Cemetery



The funeral for Marlena Unruh, 45, will be 10 AM Monday at Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Shorty Unruh will officiate. Burial will be in New Hopedale Cemetery, Meno.

She was born October 4, 1954, in Enid to Rudolf and Martha Sawatzkyi Unruh and died Friday, January 14, 2000, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.

She grew up in the Meno area. She attended Cherokee Park School in Enid until age 18.

Surviving are three brothers, Gary of Ringwood, Roger of Enid and Elroy of Meno; and two sisters, Karen Turner of Enid and Jenell of Drummond.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Bible Academy.
