CALVIN D. HUTCHINGS

Funeral services for Calvin D. Hutchings, 52, who died Thursday February 8, 1979 at his home in Ringwood, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday February 11, 1979 in the Methodist Church at Ringwood. The Rev. Joe Sherrill will officiate. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Meno under the direction of Henninger Allen Funeral Home.

Hutchings was born September 2, 1926 at Ringwood where he was reared and attended schools. He had farmed in the Ringwood area all his life, and for the past two years had worked for H.A. Theilen of Carrier.

Hutchings attended the Westside Baptist Church and more recently attended Davis Park Christian Church. He was a member of the Farmers Union of Ringwood. Survivors include his mother, Lillie Hutchings, Ringwood; a sister, Mrs. Thomas (Ethel) Rohla, Enid; step-mother, Mrs. Ina Hutchings, Ringwood; step-brother, Lt. Col. Donald Maggert, retired, Fort Walton Beach, Florida; step-sister, Mrs. Claude (Fern) Montgomery, Ringwood; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles A. Hutchings.

Memorials may be made in the Garfield County Unit of the American Diabetes Association with the funeral home serving as custodian.
