Jesse L. Campbell Enid News and Eagle

The funeral for Jesse L. Campbell, 78, who died Friday Feb. 28,1992 at his home will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, 1992 at the Ringwood United Methodist Church. The Rev Richard Royal will officiate. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau –Evans Funeral Home.
He was retired from Ladd Petroleum (Livingston- Oil).
He is survived by his wife, Lucille R. Campbell, of the home; a daughter, Shirley Simons of Enid; two grandchildren Gary L. Campbell and his wife Kim of NAS LeMoore, California and Annette and Jim Pfeiffer of Enid; 4 great grandchildren Eric, Jessica, and Jared Campbell and Ashlyn Pfeiffer; two nieces, Mary Lynn Maycumber of Winton California and Lois May Holland of Shawnee, Okla.; three nephews, Earl Dean Francis of Imperial, Neb., Waldo Campbell of Ringwood and Jim Campbell of Ames, Okla; and a step daughter in law Karen Campbell of Ringwood.
He was preceded in death by his son, Virgil L Campbell and a grandson Randy L. Simons.
Memorials may be made to the Ringwood United Methodist Church with Ladusau Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund. The casket will be open at the funeral home until 11 am Monday and then from noon until service time at the church.

From a 50th wedding anniversary story September 14, 1986, it shows Aunt Lucille's maiden name was Jantzen and shows them married September 14, 1936 in Enid. They had lived in the Ringwood area since their marriage.
