Audry Pauline (Butler) Jones, 92 year old resident of Seiling, OK, passed from this life on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the Seiling Nursing Home with family gathered at her bedside.

Audry was born January 1, 1926, to Fred Alfred and Stella Amanda (Clark) Butler in Sherman, OK. She grew up in Sherman, OK and was the youngest of seven children.

She attended Pleasant Valley School. December 2, 1946, Audry married Thomas E. (Gene) Jones in Anthony, KS. To this union four children were born Lois, Wanda, Paul, and Roy. They made their home in the Chester/Seiling community where she lived her entire life.

Audry worked at Bouse Junction where she met Gene, her husband of 71 years. After marrying Gene, she became a farmer's wife. She not only kept up the home but was right beside Gene helping run the farm.

She was blessed with a servant's heart and loved to help anyone in anyway she could. She was the best mother/ mother-in-law with her kind and loving heart. Audry loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends.

She was baptized into the Mayfield Assembly of God Church and went to Elm Grove Community Church. She loved cooking, sewing, and gardening. She will be dearly missed by all.

Audry is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Stella Butler; three sisters, Alice Robinson, Elizabeth Massengale, and Verl Daniels; three brothers, John, Francis, Junior Butler and son-in-law Rick Graff.

She is survived by her husband Thomas E. (Gene) Jones of Seiling, OK; children Lois Graff of Amarillo, TX, Wanda McCrate and husband Mike of Claremore, OK, Paul Jones of Seiling, OK, and Roy Jones and wife Sheri of Seiling, OK; brother-in-law Bill Jones of Oakley, KS; 15 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

Funeral Service is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, at the Elm Grove Community Church, Pastor Orville White presiding. Burial follows at Liberty Cemetery, all under the direction of Redinger Funeral Home.
