Funeral Services for Clairissa Kay Runyan, 50, will be 10:30am, July 17, 2017 at the Isabella Nazarene Church with burial following in the Isabella Cemetery. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.. Clairissa was born in Watonga on April 20, 1967 to Emory and Norma Jean (Warner) Allen. She grew up in Fairview and Buhl, Idaho. After school she moved around and did many different jobs in her life until she found her true calling in Nursing. She worked as a CNA in several of the nursing homes around Fairview for 20 years.

December 31, 1994 she married Leslie Eliot and they were married almost 5 years before he passed on April 30, 1999. On April 14, 2005 she married David Runyan for the second time. Clairissa fell sick to a very rare lung disease that she battled against until it took her life. She loved to crochet bed dolls, and do arts and crafts. She loved to rescue dogs. She was not a great cook but she could make the best fish ever.

She is survived by her mother Norma Jean Allen, her husband David Runyan, two sons William Warner, and Edward Runyan, two daughters Jennifer Green, and Catrina Runyan; and two sisters Ruby Allen, and Ula Allen. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Deedra, Melonie, and Dakota.

Clairissa is preceded in death by father Emory Allen and husband Leslie Clyde Eliot and Grandmother Claire Warner.
