ENID - The funeral for LuLu Fern Inman, 75, of Fairview, will be 2 p.m. today, Feb. 3, 2010, at Midway Assembly of God Church, west of Fairview. The Revs. Orville White and Tommy Pitts will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery . Arrangements are by Nichols Funeral Home, Fairview.

She was born Aug. 10, 1934, on the family farm west of Fairview to John Earl and LuLu Mae Reed Custer and died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, at Fairview Regional Medical Center.

She attended Sternberg country school, Longdale Chieftain School and Fairview High School, graduating in 1952.

She married Billy Roland Inman in 1952 in Fairview. She was a homemaker and worked for Woodard Grocery Store, Ideal Grocery Store and later for Flowers by Eva and Harold. She was a member of Midway Assembly of God Church.

Surviving are her husband, Bill; children, Renita Sue Ewbank of Weatherford, Beverly Kay Elwell and Richard Dean "Rick" Inman, both of Fairview, and Brian Lee Inman of Enid; three sisters, Willa Dean Whetstone of Chester , Norma Lee Anderson of Texas and Collene Thompson of Fairview; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home, P.O. Box 332, Fairview, OK 73737, to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Addison's disease division.
