Graveside services for Gerald Wade Ewbank, 87, of Fairview, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Bethel Cemetery west of Fairview with Pastor Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Fairview, OK.

Gerald Wade Ewbank was born April 14, 1928 near Cedar Springs , OK to Arthur Rollin and Elva Leona (Page) Ewbank. He departed this life on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Fairview, OK.

Wade graduated at Fairview High School and received the American Farmer Degree. He married Alice Darlene Campbell on August 16, 1949 at the Midway Assembly of God Church. He later married Jean Blundell on January 16, 1999 at the Assembly of God Church in Fairview.

Wade was preceded in death by his parents; wife Alice on June 27, 1994; one son, Dennis Kent Ewbank; one granddaughter, Metisha Ewbank Welsh; and one sister, Mary Lee Dow; Survivors include his wife, Jean Ewbank of Fairview, OK; one daughter, Shannon Kuhnemund and husband Daryl of Lahoma, OK; one son, Danny Ewbank and wife Barbara of Sand Springs, OK; step-children David Blundell and wife Connie of Fairview, OK, Betty Kliewer and husband Randy of Fairview, OK and Mike Blundell of Piedmont, OK; grandchildren Jennifer Edwards and husband Jeffrey, Jessica Kuhnemund, Jon Wade Kuhnemund, Regan Unruh and husband Jeremy, Chase Reames, Chloe Ewbank, Melissa Hakman and husband Greg, Melinda Blundell, Bill Blundell, Shelby Blundell, Bryan Blundell and wife Andrea, Aaron Blundell, Katie Blundell and Shawn McDaniel and wife Oneka; great-grandchildren Cooper, Olivia, Ellie, Emmory and Libby; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation with the family present will be held from 6 – 8:00 p.m., Friday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Fairview Hospital or the Fairview Fellowship Home with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 15, Fairview, OK 73737.
