No services were scheduled for Carl Daniel Reeves, 19, of Marietta.

Mr. Reeves was born September 2, 1981, in Tulsa, the son of Monty Carl and Waunita Marie Shuler Reeves. He died Thursday, August 23, 2001, near Thackerville.

Mr. Reeves had made his home in Marietta for the past four years. He graduated from high school in 2000 and was listed in Who's Who Among High School Students in 1998, 1999 and 2000. Mr. Reeves was employed as an oil field floor hand for Patterson UTI.

Survivors include his parents, Monty and Waunita Reeves of the home; and two brothers, Jesse Reeves and Jim Reeves of the home.

Arrangements were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
