Services for Pauline Lee Goff, 83, of Madill, were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, January 24, in the Watts Memorial Chapel, in Madill, with Richard Jones officiating.
Mrs. Goff was born July 26, 1918, in Idabel, the daughter of Charley and Ruth Lee Charbonneau McHargue. She died Tuesday, January 22, 2002.
She grew up around Holly Creek near Idabel and Broken Bow, and moved to Marshall County in 1929. She lived in Lebanon and Lark before moving to Madill in 1964. Mrs. Goff worked at the Madill Manufacturing Plant for several years.
She and Marcus Goff were married February 9, 1949, at Sherman, Texas. Mrs. Goff was a member of the Madill Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Sylvesta Roy and Jeri Reese of Overbrook, Marcus Edwin and Gabie Goff Jr. of Tuttle, and Robert and Jennifer Goff of Marietta; two daughters, Kathrine Paulette Mayes of Aberdeen, Maryland and Betty Chumley of Madill; 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Payne, Margaret Payne and Marie Clark of Tishomingo, and Lilly White of Madill; and one brother, Bobby Gene McHargue of Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus on June 27, 1983; her parents; a son, Jerry Wayne Reese; a sister, Francis Hayes; a brother, Charlie McHargue; and a grandson, Troy Wayne Chumley.
Pallbearers were, Robert Goff Jr., Jeff Reese, Roy Reese Jr., Michael Goff, John Goff, Dan Tice and Billy Knudtson.
Interment was in Oakland Cemetery, under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill.
