Services for James K. Duckworth, 20, of Pottsboro, Texas, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 24, in the Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel with the Rev. Virgie Holbrook officiating.

Mr. Duckworth was born August 17, 1981, in Denison, Texas. He died Wednesday, February 20, 2002, in Baylor Hospital, Garland, Texas.

He worked as a lineman for Mas-Tech Corporation.

Survivors include his mother, Danita Thompson of the home; and grandparents, Sharron and Danny Ellison of Pottsboro, and James Duckworth of Thackerville.

Pallbearers were Jeremy Duckworth, D.J. Travis, Andrew Pope, Jeff Clark, Larry Chitwood and Mike Baldwin.

Interment was in the Georgetown Cemetery, Pottsboro, under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home, Pottsboro.
