Services for Gerald Biffle, 43, of Thackerville, were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 17, in the Valley View United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ed Lantz officiating.

Mr. Biffle was born July 16, 1958, in Gainesville, Texas, the son of Lloyd Ottis and Frankie Lee Ward Biffle. He died Monday, October 15, 2001, at his residence in Thackerville.

Mr. Biffle was employed by Biffle Trucking in livestock sales and water wells. He and Trudy Busch were married July 8, 2000, in Lois, Texas. Mr. Biffle was a member of the Valley View United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Trudy Biffle of the home; a son, Aaron Biffle of Dallas, Texas; three daughters, Andrea Stack of Denton, Texas, and Alicia Stack and Eva Stack of Thackerville; two brothers, Bill Biffle and Fred Biffle of Forestburg; and a sister, Peggy Howard of Caney.

Interment was in Perryman Cemetery in Forestburg, under the direction of Clement-Keel Funeral Home, Gainesville.
